Stored in red bins located in the Breezeway outside the Prep Learning Centre, it is the student’s responsibility to promptly collect any lost property. In order to keep our Lost Property under control, parent volunteers sort items into ‘labelled’ and ‘unlabelled’ piles on a regular basis. Clearly labelled items are returned to their owners and unlabelled items are donated to the Uniform Shop. At the end of each Term, ALL unclaimed items (named or unnamed) are donated to the Uniform Shop. Parents are notified ahead of time (via Compass) when a clean out is due to occur. We kindly ask parents to please: Return all items to the bins when checking for lost property (so they are not left on the ground to get wet and dirty).
Encourage their children to take responsibility for their uniform and to check that they bring home their own clothing only, and not the uniform items of other students.If you have any queries or wish to volunteer to help with the management of Lost Property, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
