Emergency Contact Details
To enable contact with parents or their agent, in the case of illness or an accident, the following emergency details are kept on file for each child in the school:
- Address
- Telephone number
- Emergency contact
- Doctor
- Place of work.
Parents are asked to advise the school immediately of any changes, to enable prompt contact at any time. It is also important that your child’s health/medication details are as accurate as possible and that we have a current email address.
