Our Literacy and Numeracy programs are in line with the Victorian Curriculum and are integrated into our Units of Inquiry. Students are offered a rich and stimulating curriculum which encourages the ongoing development of all aspects of Literacy and Numeracy. The students learning needs are identified and catered for through a differentiated program.
A Year 5 Literature Program operates on Wednesdays at 2.40 – 3.20pm where parent volunteers read with the students.
-
At the beginning of each year, co-ordinators and teachers decide the homework expectations for the year level in accordance with the Department of Education & Training (DET) homework guidelines and notify parents.

This may involve bringing to school any books, posters, etc., that may be of interest to the class. Please ensure all items are named.
