Prep – Year 5 students participate in an internal school Transition program which commences in Term 4. The aim of this program is to provide a variety of transition activities to facilitate a positive transition experience for students moving up to their new year level.

In Term 4 all students transition to their new classroom where they spend some time with their new teacher and classmates. Supporting this transition, we have the familiarity of the PYP language and approach to teaching and learning.
