Uniform items can be ordered and paid for at any time via Qkr. Alternatively you can complete the form below and email to uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au or send to the Office via the green reading/multi-purpose bag. Providing stock is available orders will be filled within a week.

Uniform Shop Order Form & Pricing

The Uniform shop is located in the Breezeway outside the Prep Learning Centre at the end of the main building.

The uniform shop is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8.45-9.30am. Appointments for other times are available by emailing Annie Thomas on uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au All uniform items including second hand are available to order via QKR and will be delivered to the student’s classroom.

Buying school uniforms for the first time can be difficult in terms of deciding what to buy – don’t forget the old saying of ‘one on, one off and one in the wash’. Additional winter uniform items can be purchased later in the year if necessary.

• Hats are compulsory from September until the end of April – the school enforces a ‘No hat, no play’ policy. See BNPS SunSmart Policy 
• Library Bags or other protective bag.

We accept payment by QkR, cash, EFTPOS or credit card. All payments can be made at the Uniform Shop.

Please note that orders will not be delivered until payment has been received.

If you find your purchase is not suitable, we are happy to exchange or refund your money – please refer to our Exchange/Refund Policy . For hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange or refund girls boxers or tights.

If you believe your garment is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase please complete the Faulty/Damaged Goods Form  and return with the item.

We have a large stock of great value second hand uniforms which are available at about a third to half of the price of new garments.

Second hand items are available for purchase via QKR and also over -the-counter when the Uniform Shop is open. For second hand purchases during any closure, please check QKR and if it is not available email Annie at uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au stating the style and size you are looking for, and she will let you know if we have it in stock. Payment and delivery arrangements will then be determined via email/phone.

Second hand uniforms are also used as replacement clothes in the First Aid Room.

If your child is leaving BNPS or has outgrown their uniform, we would be grateful for uniforms in good, saleable condition that you would like to donate to the Uniform Shop. Please only send them in if they adhere to these guidelines. We have 2 donation bins – one in the school entrance foyer for drop-off anytime, and the second in the Uniform Shop.
