Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop falls under the governance of the School Council and is managed by a BNPS employed Uniform Shop Coordinator with the assistance of Parents & Friends. We aim to provide good quality, reasonably priced uniforms to our school families.

During Term 3, the Uniform Shop will be open on Monday mornings from 8:45 to 9:15 am and on Wednesday mornings from 8:45 to 9:30 am. The shop will no longer be open on Thursday mornings unless a notification is issued through Compass.

If the Uniform Shop is closed for any reason orders can still be placed via QKR/email or phone and these orders will be delivered to the student’s classrooms. Please allow 3-5 school days for delivery.

Ordering and Pricing

Uniform items can be ordered and paid for at any time via Qkr. Alternatively you can complete the form below and email to uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au or send to the Office via the green reading/multi-purpose bag. Providing stock is available orders will be filled within a week.

Location and Opening Times

The Uniform shop is located in the Breezeway outside the Prep Learning Centre at the end of the main building.

Appointments for other times are available by emailing Annie Thomas on uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au All uniform items including second hand are available to order via QKR and will be delivered to the student’s classroom.
What Should I Buy?
Compulsory Items
Hats are compulsory from September until the end of April – the school enforces a ‘No hat, no play’ policy. See BNPS SunSmart Policy

Library Bags or other protective bag.
Methods of Payment
Returns Policy

If you find your purchase is not suitable, we are happy to exchange or refund your money – please refer to our Exchange/Refund Policy . For hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange or refund girls boxers or tights.

If you believe your garment is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase please complete the Faulty/Damaged Goods Form and return with the item.
Second Hand Uniforms

We have a large stock of great value second hand uniforms which are available at about a third to half of the price of new garments.

Second hand items are available for purchase via QKR and also over -the-counter when the Uniform Shop is open. For second hand purchases during any closure, please check QKR and if it is not available email Annie at uniform@beaumarisnorthps.vic.edu.au stating the style and size you are looking for, and she will let you know if we have it in stock. Payment and delivery arrangements will then be determined via email/phone.

Second hand uniforms are also used as replacement clothes in the First Aid Room.

If your child is leaving BNPS or has outgrown their uniform, we would be grateful for uniforms in good, saleable condition that you would like to donate to the Uniform Shop. Please only send them in if they adhere to these guidelines. We have 2 donation bins – one in the school entrance foyer for drop-off anytime, and the second in the Uniform Shop.
